An app concept and prototype to measure employee happiness and engagement in the workplace.
The Happiness Lab helps companies create an environment for a more engaged, happier and productive workforce.
To support their work, they wanted to develop a new app that could be used to measure an individuals daily happiness on a scale of 1-100. Key to the success of the project would be an intuitive user interface, in particular the input used to enter the happiness score.
Rapidly prototyped using SVG and the GreenSock Animation Platform, the happiness rating concept was user tested and very well received.
